On Saturday we played four games and won all four, We worked as a team and communicated well. We went and done abseiling, archery, trapeze and zip-lining. In the Evening we watched a film and played cards. We was really pleased to find out we was in joint 1st after day one of the competition.

On Sunday a few of our players were suffering from injury which meant we had to work even harder and some player had to play out of position. we secured a place in the semi final but sadly we missed out on a place in the final by 1 goal difference.

We was pleased with how we performed over the weekend as a team.

U15s

On Saturday even though it chucked it down with rain we won two out of four games and played really well (Thumbs Up and Clapping) we have been having lots of fun as a team taking part in lot of activities including sleeping bag races. We was shocked to find out we was in 4th place and that we had a real shoot in making the semi finals on Sunday.

On Sunday the rain continued it was cold and wet but we really wanted to get a medal despite all of our efforts it was not meant to be as we lost our matches missing out on the place in the semi final against the eventual winners and runners up.

U13 Navys

On Saturday we won two out of four games, worked well as a team and had really good communication. We took part in abseiling, trapeze, rock climbing and zipwire. In the evening we took part in the photo challenge and watched the Greatest Showman.

On Sunday we won one of our two remaining games. we were all very excited to find out that both U13 teams had made it into the semi final. It was pouring with rain throughout our semi final match but we made sure we continued to work as a team and give everything we had. we were all happy to get a bronze medal and pizza from our coaches.

U13 Blues

Captained by Alex and Izzy

On Saturday We took part in trapeze, abseiling and climbing . We won three out of four games we performed well as a team . we played well today and hopefully we would carry this on tomorrow and that we would work on our footwork and obstruction. In the evening we took part in the photo challenge which our team won.

On Sunday we had lost and won a game each and finished in 2nd place in our group stages and got a place in the semi finals. The team we lost to earlier in the day was the team we would face again, we worked on improving our obstruction and footwork that helped us win, we could not believe we had made the finals.

The U13 blues and U15s cheered for us on the side line throughout our final match it was nice to have our friends and the older club girls supporting us. we were all really nervous but our coaches said to just go and have fun and enjoy. The final whistle was about to go when we scored and ended the final on a draw, we had to go into extra time and even though we worked really hard the other team won overall 9-8.

It was disappointing to not get a gold medal but we had fun as a team and got to meet England defender Summer Artman.
