Recap of Challenge 1: You have to complete a 1K run in the quickest time. The run can be completed on a treadmill or running locally to where you live. The club that has the quickest relay time wins (We will take the 10 quickest time per club)

We are pleased to announce that we came 2nd in the 1K relay with a time of 45 minutes and 20 seconds.
